Sean is amazing! He fixed The air conditioning in my Prius, which went out on the hottest day of the year. He was incredibly professional and informative, and makes the process really easy to understand. You get pictures and descriptions of everything that is going on, and Sean takes the time to walk you through what is needed and why. I wish I had found Sean years earlier, but now that I have found him, I will definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend this shop enough! I was driving from Washington to California when the turbo on my 2016 BMW X5 suddenly failed. I pulled off the freeway, searched for a repair shop, and found this team completely by chance. It ended up being one of the best decisions I could have made. They got my vehicle in immediately, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and had my turbo replaced in just seven days. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything. They also performed a full inspection of my BMW, provided a detailed printed report, and even took photos of the parts and repairs so I could see exactly what was done. That level of transparency gave me so much confidence in their work. To top it all off, they stayed after hours so I could pick up my vehicle, which meant a lot since I was traveling and on a tight schedule. I’m from Washington and had never heard of this shop before. I simply got lucky finding them, and I’m incredibly grateful that I did. It’s hard to find honest, trustworthy mechanics, and this team exceeded every expectation. I am really happy with the decision to go with this mechanic . Took my car in to have the heater core,heater hose , and A/C components replaced. (2007 BMW 328i) was impressed with the thorough work from the technician and the videos and photos that I was able to see through a link Sean had sent to me. Spoke with Sean over the phone multiple times during the repair, car was in the shop for about 1 month but each time we spoke his attitude was always great that helps as a customers with such a big job at hand you don’t want to feel stressed out by persons you entrust to help solve your problems.
